About us

What an international staffing agency does

PNS Intérim connects companies that are hiring with candidates ready to commit to a well-supported international move for jobs in Europe and Canada.

Our role

An international recruitment agency replaces neither the employer nor the administrative authorities. Our role is to identify company needs, source candidates matching those needs, verify the consistency of applications, and then support both parties through the recruitment formalities. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and decisions regarding visas and residence permits belong exclusively to the competent authorities of each country.

Sourcing candidates

We identify motivated, qualified skilled workers for the professions sought by our partner companies.

Screening profiles

Every application is reviewed: background, qualifications, experience, languages and availability.

Making connections

We present shortlisted applications to partner employers in the destination country.

Supporting the process

We prepare the recruitment-related administrative files, including visa assistance, according to each country's rules.

Building a company network

We maintain lasting relationships with verified, contracted employers.

Following through to integration

Depending on the services included, we stay involved until the candidate is settled in the new role.

Our values

Transparency

Clear information on steps, timelines and conditions.

Professionalism

Structured processes and trained points of contact.

Respect

Dignified and confidential handling of every application.

Support

Personalized follow-up from application to integration.

Equal opportunity

No discrimination: selection is based on skills alone.
